Starting in WEB Development (Question)

Recommended Posts

The next topic is to ask that knowledge need to get started in the world of Web Dev.
The skills I have are rather basic:
  • NetBeans Java IDE (And I worked with SQLServer DB)
  • HTML (little but necessary)
  • PHP (Nothing)
  • C # (for console only)
  • C ++ (for console only)
So here I would like someone to give me a list of what you need to learn to get started on this, I have plenty eager to learn and what I have time!
I would like to go with PHP and C # together but I need to know first how it should start.
I would be very grateful for your reply.

You will definitely need some back-end language, either PHP(recommended) or ASP.
Then for front-end you must have some knowledge of JavaScript (at least being able to modify scripts and write basic scripts, you will learn more as you go). You will also need CSS, it's necessary, and HTML, but put most effort to learn HTML5.

You need at least basics of everything mentioned (either PHP of ASP - not both for beginning), so you know to modify scripts, at least test scripts output, download Website templates and modify them. You will learn as you go.
