  2. Steven Finlay, "Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Business: A No-Nonsense Guide to Data Driven Technologies" English | ISBN: 1999730348 | 2018 | 192 pages | MOBI | 2 MB Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning are now mainstream business tools. They are being applied across many industries to increase profits, reduce costs, save lives and improve customer experiences. Organizations which understand these tools and know how to use them are benefiting at the expense of their rivals. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Business cuts through the hype and technical jargon that is often associated with these subjects. It delivers a simple and concise introduction for managers and business people. The focus is very much on practical application and how to work with technical specialists (data scientists) to maximize the benefits of these technologies. This third edition has been substantially revised and updated. It contains several new chapters and covers a broader set of topics than before, but retains the no-nonsense style of the original. http://nitroflare.com/view/B3ED9F9229B72B4/1999730348.mobi https://rapidgator.net/file/b1d575b0231a70e63d72c3a8ae3e1e4e/1999730348.mobi.html

Vaccines: Are they Worth a Shot?

Vaccines: Are they Worth a Shot? by Andrea Grignolio English | PDF,EPUB | 2018 | 185 Pages | ISBN : 3319681052 | 4.46 MB The dangerous decline in vaccinations in many developed countries is at the heart of a lively debate that confirms how important the subject is today. Vaccinations are among mankind's most important scientific discoveries, yet they continue to be viewed with suspicion by part of the public - the victims of disinformation campaigns, instrumentalization and unfounded fears. There is, however, also an evolutionary explanation for these irrational beliefs, and countering the growing social opposition will be extremely difficult without grasping it. This book, which sheds new light on the safety and importance of vaccinations, is intended both for parents and those readers who want to understand the role of vaccinations in contemporary society, where the ease of access to knowledge is both a great opportunity and a great responsibility. The chapters follow a historical progression and conclude with a discussion of the most recent cognitive theories on how to overcome this opposition to vaccinations. http://nitroflare.com/view/C0F2958C54193AE/3319681052.rar https://rapidgator.net/file/90d9171c2aca7c1b08b122290d6e06ff/3319681052.rar.html

  6. Risk and Reward: The Science of Casino Blackjack, Second Edition by N. Richard Werthamer English | PDF,EPUB | 2018 | 162 Pages | ISBN : 3319913840 | 11.05 MB For decades, casino gaming has been steadily increasing in popularity worldwide. Blackjack, among the usual casino table games, is the only one where astute choices of playing strategy can create an advantage for the player. Risk and Reward analyzes the game in depth, pinpointing not just its optimal strategies but also its financial performance, in terms of both expected cash flow and associated risk. This Second Edition begins by laying out the strategies and their performance in a clear, descriptive style. The presentation is self-contained, non-mathematical, and accessible to readers at all levels of playing skill, from novice to expert. Careful attention is also given to simplified but still nearly optimal strategies that are easier to use in a casino environment. Unlike other books in the literature, each aspect of the strategy is derived mathematically, to justify its claim to optimality. The derivations mostly use algebra and calculus, although some require more advanced analysis detailed in appendices. For easier comprehension, formulae are translated into tables and graphs, many of which are linked to interactive versions on the author's website that recompute for each reader's choice of playing conditions. Risk and Reward will appeal to everyone interested in blackjack: every player seeking to improve their performance as well as those with training in mathematics and intrigued by its application to a game they enjoy. http://nitroflare.com/view/6B6AA8FDF7C0C14/3319913840.rar https://rapidgator.net/file/2387de031dff752f912bdd3e3c313e96/3319913840.rar.html
  7. Top 50 Grammar Mistakes: How to Avoid Them By Adrian Wallwork English | 2018 | ISBN: 3319709836 | EPUB/PDF | 176 pages | 2.41 Mb Education & Teaching This book focuses on the most commonly made grammar mistakes by non-native English speakers. This means that you can set yourself a reasonable target. So rather than trying to learn all English grammar, just concentrate on those issues that tend to be used the most frequently and/or tend to create the most misunderstandings. Each chapter contains: Examples of typical mistakes. Examples of correct usage. Rules / explanations. A short exercise where you can immediately practise what you have learned. Additional exercises. Keys to all exercises. You can improve your English by: 1) reading texts in English that you might well normally read in your own language e.g. jokes, personality tests, lateral thinking games, wordsearches. 2) doing exercises to improve specific areas grammar and vocabulary, i.e. the areas that tend to lead to the most mistakes. The aim is just to focus on what you really need rather than overwhelming yourself with a mass of rules, many of which may have no practical daily value. http://nitroflare.com/view/F33432112CEDA52/3319709836.rar https://rapidgator.net/file/2a593a40bd8a3712ff72765609cb110b/3319709836.rar.html

    Contrived Laissez-Faireism

Contrived Laissez-Faireism: The Politico-Economic Structure of British Colonialism in Hong Kong By Fujio Mizuoka English | PDF,EPUB | 2018 | 281 Pages | ISBN : 3319697927 | 8.09 MB This book analyses neo-liberal economic policy in Hong Kong and its relationship to British colonial governance. Using historical, political, and economic examples, the author argues that the growth and stability experienced by Hong Kong in the post-WWII/pre-1997 era was a direct result of policies enacted by the British in an effort to maintain colonial dominance in an era of decolonization rather than the independent workings of the free market. The book works through examples of policies employed by the British in Hong Kong, such as the creation of artificial scarcity in colonial land policy, the construction of large-scale public housing and the Mass Transit Railway System, and education policy that favored competition. Challenging long-accepted narratives, this book draws a direct line between market fundamentalism and direct colonial control. As such, this book will be of interest to scholars and students of economics, political science, history, and those studying the Asia-Pacific region. http://nitroflare.com/view/786288FF3CBE674/3319697927.rar https://rapidgator.net/file/516d5def9a422053651a204b4ee63c48/3319697927.rar.html
  13. Artificial Intelligence Development Stage by JOHNNY CH LOK English | 11 Apr. 2018 | ISBN: 1980807892 | 366 Pages | MOBI | 729.12 KB 16.6 Is the brain a good model for machine intelligence? The actions of a human " computer" using paper and pencil to perform a calculation ( as the world meant ), into a formalized machine, manipulating symbols on an infinite paper tape. But I believe it still has challenges to influence human brain can be invented to machine intelligence successfully. I think (AI) scientists need to solve these further challenges to influence (AI) brain invention success. The limitations include such as below: Computation is based on functions of integers is limited. They must let computer data can change to words, then words can change images, then any images can change to storage to let (AI) brain to remember to do any analytical and judgement able tasks to make any actions in the short time finally. It is (AI) brain behavioral and analytical mind speed limitation. Moreover, anther limitation concerns biological systems clearly difference, they must respond to varied stimuli over long period of time, those responses any changes alter their environment and subsequent stimuli. The individual behaviors of social insects, for example, are affected by the structure of the home, they build, and the change their behaviors. Nowadays, (AI) brain invention is called computational neuro science, which have assured that the brain is a computer, it means a machine that is algorithms and architectures. Second, neuro science findings may validate the energy ability of existing algorithms being integral parts of a general (AI) system. It means (AI) robots change adapting environment limitation. It means how (AI) brains adapt to choose to make any analytical mind as well as how to be influenced by external environment to do their behaviors or actions in the efficient way, e.g. how to manufacture many cars efficiently in one factory in the short time. Consequently, to solve these limitations, we need to know how to apply correct conceptual knowledge to let (AI) robots to learn, e.g. for example, if we know how conceptual knowledge was formed from perceptual inputs, it would crucially allow for the meaning of symbols in an artificial language system to be grounded in sensory " reality". When (AI) scientists can achieve how to solve all above limitation challenges, then (AI) brain invention will achieve more easily. http://nitroflare.com/view/0838CDAF9BE92D3/B07CJP41LX_EBOK_-_Unknown.mobi https://rapidgator.net/file/c8dc2027b174b3fce5705b24d49279dc/B07CJP41LX_EBOK_-_Unknown.mobi.html

  19. Reconsidering Constitutional Formation II Decisive Constitutional Normativity: From Old Liberties to New Precedence by Ulrike Müßig English | PDF,EPUB | 2018 | 425 Pages | ISBN : 3319730363 | 6.85 MB This second volume of ReConFort addresses the decisive role of constitutional normativity, and focuses on discourses concerning the legal role of constitutional norms. Taken together with ReConFort I (National Sovereignty), it calls for an innovative reassessment of constitutional history drawing on key categories to convey the legal nature of the constitution itself (national sovereignty, precedence, justiciability of power, judiciary as constituted power). In the late 18th and early 19th centuries, constitutional normativity began to complete the legal fixation of the entire political order. This juridification in one constitutional text resulted in a conceptual differentiation from ordinary law, which extends to alterability and justiciability. The early expressions of this 'new order of the ages' suggest an unprecedented and irremediable break with European legal tradition, be it with British colonial governance or the French ancien régime. In fact, while the shift to constitutions as a hierarchically 'higher' form of positive law was a revolutionary change, it also drew upon old liberties. The American constitutional discourse, which was itself heavily influenced by British common law, in turn served as an inspiration for a variety of constitutional experiments - from the French Revolution to Napoleon's downfall, in the halls of the Frankfurt Assembly, on the road to a unified Italy, and in the later theoretical discourse of twentieth-century Austria. If the constitution states the legal rules for the law-making process, then its Kelsian primacy is mandatory. Also included in this volume are the French originals and English translations of two vital documents. The first - Emmanuel Joseph Sieyès' Du Jury Constitutionnaire (1795) - highlights an early attempt to reconcile the democratic values of the French Revolution with the pragmatic need to legally protect the Revolution. The second - the 1812 draft of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Poland - presents the 'constitutional propaganda' of the Russian Tsar Alexander I to bargain for the support of the Lithuanian and Polish nobility. These documents open new avenues of research into Europe's constitutional history: one replete with diverse contexts and national experiences, but above all an overarching motif of constitutional decisiveness that served to complete the juridification of sovereignty. www.reconfort.eu http://nitroflare.com/view/4F7F93F43B196C2/3319730363.rar https://rapidgator.net/file/1d00ad7eb16acf49367ef3c897125ae9/3319730363.rar.html
